Counselling and Psychotherapy are essential services, and as a result are permitted to continue during COVID-19 restrictions. Since re-opening for face to face meetings after the end of the initial lockdown period last year, The Counselling Centre has continued to provide a safe meeting space for clients and therapists to meet. These are difficult times for us all, and it is more important than ever that we look after our mental health. The Counselling Centre will continue to take all reasonable measures to ensure that our therapists can continue to offer face to face counselling safely at the centre.
